I purchased a new pair of sneakers this week. They were on sale-a “Doorbuster” bargain, and bought with a gift card too. They had one last pair in my size hidden underneath the table, but I spotted them, and now they are mine. The new shoes are padded inside to a height of about two inches. Oh my, how that extra two inches changes my perspective. As I take my morning walks the whole neighborhood seems a little skewed, even the sun seems a little off-kilter in the sky. It makes me realize why people see things differently all around the world…it’s all in the perspective.
