I LOVE the Pinterest site. I check it daily, usually more than once…no…to be honest…I check several times a day. Am I addicted? Perhaps. What a great site though. I love sharing my own original tips, and finding good thoughts and ideas that others have shared on the board. Yesterday one of those good ideas bore fruit. My grandsons and I created a suet holder filled with yarn and string for birds to use in their nest-building. What fun we had. I believe the project originated through this site: Juniper Moon. It’s so much fun to check out blogs from all over the world.
This project was very easy to make. One caution however, cut the strings short, too long and they can become a choking hazard for the baby birds. Other good tips for helping bird’s nest-building can be found here: How to Help Birds Build Nests.
Have fun!
